# Bridging

You can bridge tokens between Ethereum and Polygon using Polygon's native PoS bridge. Before you can bridge TruMATIC in either direction, you need to first ensure that you have added TruMATIC to your tokens list.

* To bridge from Ethereum to Polygon, see [here](https://github.com/TruFin-io/gitbook/blob/main/tokens/trumatic-token/bridging/bridge-trumatic-from-ethereum-to-polygon/README.md)
* To bridge from Polygon to Ethereum, see [here ](https://github.com/TruFin-io/gitbook/blob/main/tokens/trumatic-token/bridging/bridge-trumatic-from-polygon-to-ethereum/README.md)
* For more information on bridging, see [here](https://wallet.polygon.technology/polygon/bridge/deposit)
