# Bridge TruPOL from Polygon to Ethereum

*Before you can bridge your tokens, please ensure that you have added TruPOL to your tokens list by following the steps* [*here*](/docs/tokens/trupol-token/bridging/add-trupol-to-your-token-list.md)*.*

**Step #1:**

Go to <https://portal.polygon.technology/bridge> and make sure the network to transfer from is Polygon POS and the one to transfer to is Ethereum.

Click on the currently selected token in the Polygon POS network.

**Step #*****2*****:**

Select TruPOL from the dropdown for the list of tokens (If you're not able to search for TruPOL, *please ensure that you have added TruPOL to your tokens list by following the steps* [*here*](/docs/tokens/trupol-token/bridging/add-trupol-to-your-token-list.md)*).*

**Step #3:**

Enter the amount of tokens you'd like to bridge and click on `BridgeTruPOLtoEthereum`.

**Step # 4:**

Click on `Continue` and complete the transaction after paying the required gas fees. Remember that moving funds from Polygon to Ethereum takes around 3 hours. You cannot cancel your request once you initiate withdraw. To track Polygon checkpoints click [here](https://staking.polygon.technology/).
